Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the services of Qalakriti Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement & Scope

Qalakriti Studio provides premium web design, branding, content creation, and social media management services. The scope of any project is defined strictly by the invoice and project brief agreed upon during client onboarding. Any additions or modifications outside this scope will be subject to additional billing.

2. Payment Terms

All project retainers or one-time project fees are subject to the following terms:

  • Retainers: Invoiced monthly in advance. Deliverables commence only upon receipt of payment.
  • Project Fees: A non-refundable deposit (normally 50%) is required to queue the project, with the final balance due upon design approval before codebase handoff.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment and handoff, all custom design assets, codebase files, and content assets created specifically for the client are fully owned by the client. Qalakriti Studio retains the right to display the design work, recordings, and websites in our agency portfolio and marketing materials unless a prior non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is executed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must cooperate in a timely manner by providing brand assets, feedback, copy, and approvals. Qalakriti Studio is not responsible for project delays arising from a client's failure to provide assets or feedback within agreed timelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Qalakriti Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by the client or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted here and will become effective immediately upon posting.
